About Us

Lavender Lane Heirloom & Quilting was created out of my frustration with not being able to find high quality fabrics, notions, and accessories all in one place, right here in Australia. After years of buying fabric and supplies from overseas, I decided if I was having this problem, then my fellow sewists were too.

Rather than buying small amounts of fabric to just cover what I needed, I decided to buy in bulk!

The result is Lavender Lane Heirloom & Quilting, our online shop for all your heirloom sewing and smocking needs with a few patchwork and quilting accessories for good measure.

I love fabric! Especially good quality, richly coloured, gorgeous to the touch, fabric. I also love helping people match their fabric, and accessories for their own stunning creations.

Initially, we are focusing on fabrics for your favourite heirloom sewing techniques. We will constantly be updating our fabric and accessories lines so please pop back often to see what is new. If you are after a particular item, please contact me and I will do my best to try and assist you.
