Shipping
Shipping is calculated at the time of placing your order based on the delivery address and the weight of the items purchased.
We use Australia Post for all our shipping.
You can choose standard shipping or express shipping for faster delivery.
If you are purchasing outside of Australia, we will contact you with the shipping estimate before completing and posting your order.
We offer free shipping within Australia for all orders over $200 (excluding postage).
Returns
We aim to always provide the best customer experience and the highest quality products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your pre-cut fabric, notions or trims for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange as long as the items are returned at your cost within 7 days so long as the items are in the original packaging.
We are unable to exchange on fabric sold by the length, so please choose carefully as we can only exchange or refund if the fabric is faulty in some way.
